Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! Here's everything you need to know about cancelling an order with Pawsy.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at hello@thepawsy.com with your order number and subject line: "Order Cancellation Request – [Order Number]".

After Processing

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Cancellations are not accepted for custom or personalized items once production has begun.

Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
