At Pawsy, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@thepawsy.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product with photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods (treats, food items)
